Growing up, I was taught and constantly reminded by my mother and father the importance of responsibility and working hard. I carried these concepts with me throughout high school, and into college as I continue to work on getting a degree in business administration. After working in a pharmacy for multiple years along with various side jobs, I gathered the necessary skills that will help me with my career. Answering phone calls, and assisting customers gave me the social skills needed to network with others as well as give people the help they need. Long shifts of filling prescriptions along with various office skills gave me endurance and shaped me into a consistent, hard worker. An introduction to digital art class at my college in Connecticut taught me basic design elements and principles that will give me an advantage when completing my degree with a concentration in marketing. I also plan on taking other art classes to help me excel. Once college is completed, and I have a steady career that I enjoy, I plan on traveling the world, spending time learning and engaging in other country’s cultures.
